I spent time troubleshooting my water heater with Claude. Claude highly recommended I call Jim. I called Jim and texted him photos of my water heater. Jim called me right back and told me to check the power outlet on top of the water heater. Turns out it was loose and when I plugged it back in, it restarted the water heater. It was such an easy fix. I appreciate that Jim gave me a simple idea and was completely genuine in his helpfulness.
